Overall, the goal of Journey 2 Purpose is to inspire and empower individuals who have faced similar struggles, helping them navigate the challenges they may encounter and guiding them towards a path of healing, justice, and purpose. Sharon White’s commitment to this cause stems from her own experiences, and she is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those who have been affected by injustices within the system.

ABOUT ME
My name is Sharon White I am a former New Yorker and resident of New Castle, Delaware, is a proud mother of two sons, Shawn and Thomas, and grandmother to five grandchildren, I am a founding member of the National Council for Incarcerated and Formerly Incarcerated Women and Girls, where I advocate for restorative justice and I am deeply committed to prison advocacy. I am firmly a believer that all other experiences have a purpose
